Q: Does the Ski School Romeo only offer private lessons?
A: Yes! At the moment we offers just private ski lessons. Maybe in the next season we get ski classes in groups organized too.
Q: Does the Ski School Romeo also offer ski lessons in groups??
A: No! We just offer private lessons with up to 3-4 people.
Q: I’d like to book private lessons. How many hours A DAY would be best for me?
A: It all depends on your physical condition and your skiing ability. At first, when your movements are still more basic, you'll need more strength than when you're already skiing faster. You're more likely to be able to keep going for 2 hours than for 4 hours.
Q: I’d like to book some private lessons. How many days should I book?
A: It takes time to learn new techniques. Private ski lessons on just one day tend to be rather short. Try to set aside at least two days for this—if the length of your vacation allows.
Q: I’d like to book private lessons. How does payment work?
A: All prices are clearly displayed on our website. As soon as you confirm the course duration, number of participants and number of days, we will email you the invoice. You can then pay this in advance of the course, and you’re all set to go.
Q: Where will we meet, and when?
A: We arrange the meeting point and the start time for private lessons on an individual basis. We usually start at the top station of the 10-seater gondola lift from Schladming to the Planai, or at the bottom station of the Hochwurzen gondola lift.
Many of our guests prefer to start in the morning between 9:00 and 10:00 or in the afternoon between 13:00 and 14:00.
Q: How can I recognize the ski instructor at the meeting point?
A: Our suits are black and feature the clearly visible Romeo Ski School logo
Q: What happens if I can't attend the private lessons?
A: Please let us know as soon as possible before your private lesson so that we can respond in a timely manner. We can often find a solution or reschedule the lesson. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Q: Does the Ski School Romeo also rent out equipment?
A: No! We do not rent any equipment yet.
We work closed together and recommend Veith Sport
Q: What else do I need to consider?
A1: Material: Bitte kontrolliere vor der Privatstunde nochmals das Material. Vor allem gemietete Ausrüstung kann man schnell verwechseln und schon passen die Skischuhe nicht mehr in die Skibindung.
A2: Clothing: Please check the weather forecast! Dressing too lightly is just as bad as dressing too warmly.
A3: Food: Skiing can be pretty tiring. You might need to eat or drink something every now and then. This helps prevent that sudden drop in energy and keeps you going.
